Restoration of a games table called "en Portefeuille" The base was broken and cracked in many spots. All the bronze ornamentation had to be cleaned and put back on. (Mahogany veneer) |

Restoration of an inlaid Louis XVI secretary "Invisible" inlay hidden by successive varnishing. Parts of the veneer were buckling or missing. Restoration in its entirety. The leather of the desk lid has been replaced.

Restoration of a Fourques armoire Alder is a wood related to walnut in its finish, but softer and so more subject to wormholes and deterioration. Good overall appearance but the moulding has to be touched up again in its entirety. |

All the lower, flooded part was restored as well as the octagonal enclosed areas of bird scenes (green and red tinted veneers). |

Restoration of an ivory cabinet Cabinet in ivory engraved on an ebony veneer. 19th century period piece of Italian Renaissance inspiration characterized by the quality of the engraved ivory ornamentations of an exceptional fineness. The work consisted in re-veneering the missing or unstuck parts in ivory after having reconstituted the fairly demolished frame at its turnings - balusters and corner mouldings. |

Restoration of a Tric Trac table 18th century Louis XVI games table with fruitwood, boxwood and ebony inlays for the chessboard, roulette and Tric Trac. This rare table rare the particularity of having a top cover comprised of a checkerboard, chessboard and period roulette with its bronze pointer mounted on an axis. |
Restoration of an 18th century sideboard in solid walnut A very worn piece of furniture when it arrived at the Workshop, it necessitated many grafts and treatment of the backs, the base and the doors (frames and panels). |
